Our Services
Unleash the power of giving with our nonprofit services, designed to drive impactful change at lightning speed. Together, we can accelerate progress and redefine possibilities for communities everywhere.
-
Transformed By Grace Ministry provides individuals coming out of institutions (jails, prison, treatment, etc.) with community resources to be successful - starting with a relationship with God.
-
Our ministry is dedicated to making an impact in our community. With personal connections we strive to build a rapport with everyone we come in contact with. It is our mission to change the trajectory of the lives of people who struggle with mental health diagnosis and addiction.
-
Our services include employment opportunities, housing referrals, peer support services, active involvement in church services, food vouchers, and so much more. We are active in Medina County Juvenile Detention Center for church services, Stark County Community Based Correctional Facility and continuously growing.
Uncover our story
Ryan Barth, President, started Transformed By Grace Ministry in 2025. Ryan grew up in Medina, OH and struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. Being in and out of jails, prisons, and rehabs Ryan’s life was forever changed after completely surrendering his life to God. Ryan started this ministry to give others hope and help them achieve and gain the things that he has.
Ryan has made it his mission to help people with the same background as him. He understands the struggle of being stuff in a cycle of negative behavior. Ryan has been called to provide a service that can only better the community around us. With big aspirations and relentless determination, Ryan is carrying the message of Jesus Christ.
Ryan currently leads church services in Medina County Juvenile Correctional Facility and is being mentored through Stark County Community Based Correctional Facility. Ryan is also in the process of becoming a certified Peer Support (mental health and addiction services) just to be able to make the value of his services even higher.
